We'd like to invite you for the premiere screening of "United Nations: Sustainability for All?’ – Rt Hon Helen Clark in conversation with Audrey Young at the 2017 United Nations Association of NZ Conference", on Saturday 21 April at Te Auaha Cinema, NZ Institute of Creativity, Whitireia NZ (corner of Dixon St and Cuba St with entrance on Dixon St). Refreshments from 5pm followed by the film.

Registrations are now open for this year's Speech Awards. Please register directly at http://bit.ly/UNANZspeechaward 

 How should we balance climate change issues versus economic growth in New Zealand? Are they mutually exclusive?”, is this year’s topic for the United Nations Association of NZ’s annual Speech Award. Regional events will be held in late March/April and branch winners will be funded to attend our National Conference on Friday, 18 May in Wellington to compete on a national level.

Each session provides the public with an opportunity to better understand the extent to which this international body established to promote peace and security, development, and policy coordination, is meeting the diverse needs of its members.
