Speech Award’s Deadline Extended

Exciting News! 

Due to overwhelming interest, we've extended the deadline for applications to the UN ANZ 2026 Speech Awards!

You now have until Thursday, 20th August to submit your application. No further applications will be accepted after this date, so don't miss your chance!

Enter for the opportunity to win exciting prizes, including the chance to pitch your speech at our annual UN Day.

Just a reminder, there are three categories:

- School: Currently enrolled in school
- Youth: Under 24 years old
- Open: Open to anyone who is not a professional speaker

Your speech should:
- Be 6–8 minutes long
- Be presented to an audience of at least 15 people
- Be recorded for online judging
- Include meaningful reference to the aims, work, and aspirations of the United Nations, supported by your own research and unique perspective
